blue skies
a beautiful day… =)
life is like a roller coster ride – up, down, left, right, around we go again…
I’m officially done with my 24 weeks internship. So much done, so much learned, so much to bring home.
How much is ’so much’? It is ambiguous.
All I want now is to laze on my cozy sofa, listen to Hotel Costes, read a book and eat my coffee bread.
I moved to a new place since I came back from Taiwan. I was taken aback by the amount of stuffs I had in my little cozy apartment when I started moving. It does scares me on how I am gonna bring everything back to Singapore.
I love my new place to the bits!
I wish I could remain here till time calls out to me, but it is pointless for me to stay on in Shanghai.
I would love to show the full 1 minute fireworks but the file size will be gigantic.
And it was such a disappointment that the sound got removed by Windows Live Movie Maker.
Kelvin took it on the 4th night of CNY, right below my block. Everyone was just firing fireworks into the sky to welcome the arrival of the God of Fortune once it strikes midnight.
It was a lovely sight on the highway when we cab home. Fireworks shooting up everywhere at our eye level.
Something that we won’t get to experience in Singapore.
刹那间的烟花带着一丝丝的希望。
exhausted! back from Ettusais Girls’ Day Out + Dinner + Movie.
I have been heading out every single day from morning to night for the whole week. hundreds of photos to edit, so much to blog, so little time to sleep.
For a change, I went for my last visit to Kenaris. To tone down my hair color:

Very much wanted to get rid of my curls, but hey, I think my curls look better in dark hair!

alright, till next year march!
Girls’ Day Out in Orchard! I brought out my new toy to snap photos – so excited!

This year’s Christmas decorations have definitely caught my eyes!

Snowman Merry-Go-Round~

Hurhur, how I wish those rocher were real! Haha.. just pluck and pop into my mouth.

H-U-G-E! Every girl’s dream?

We settled down at Donghai for Dim Sum. Everything was good.
Could be great if they can cut down on the salt.

After lunch was coffee at Gloria Jeans.
We took 10 over attempts to capture everyone in the frame. =)

Meijin had company’s Dinner & Dance to attend so we ended the day early.
Me and Amy headed to her place and helped her doll up!

the worst day to head down to the post office is the last day of the month.
because, everyone is frantically queueing up to pay their bills.
i’m writing a memo for the hospice service as my PR writing homework.
it’s definitely not the best thing to read up on at this hour.
“For most of our lives, we do not care to think about death. We are protected by the busyness of our lives and the idea that we are somehow exempt from death until we reach an advanced age, contact a terminal illness, meet with an accident… or until we face the demise of a loved one. Death points to us to the unpredictability and fragility of life – physical and emotional suffering one undergoes when one faces death can be daunting and despairing. Yet one must not lose hope. No one should have to face the end of life alone, without any support. A dignified and pain-free death is possible, in more ways than one.”
It just dawn upon me that the suggested “health center” by the doctors for us to put up my grandfather was a hospice center.
