champagne toast

had a great champagne buffet lunch @ Regent Hotel.
i love the pan-seared foie gras. the fresh one taste great too!! i had 3 servings of them.. haha…
the selection of italian cheeses were excellent. even better with the truffle honey and prune jelly.
parma ham was fresh, lamb chops were juicy and tender.
gelato ice-cream was superb.
best of all, the chocolate martini was so rich with chocolate. super yummy!



personally I preferred the friends to the food hahahaha
