but it’s freaking 90euros for a 3hrs practical lesson.
and it’s scheduled for 23rd Dec. oh well, too bad…

An event for Miss Earth. It’s my 2nd and last event with the girls.

We were wearing outfits by the final year students of Raffles Design..
Outfits are great, but makeup and hair, hmmm…..
Felt really irritated by almost everything. Cheographer was late, no briefing, makeup and hair were atrocious, i did not get to rehearse the stage, some of the girls messed up their walk, etc, etc, etc.
Me with the designer of my outfit, Erin. She’s wearing her own creations too! Would love to work with her in future.. (:
It took her only 2 days to complete the outfit. The dress was patched with 3 pieces of denim and the floral vest was made from scratch with leftover cloth. She bought the “fish bag” from a pet shop – meant for cats. haha…

we had to make a mask from recycled materials, as one of the assignments. But I skipped the showcase event.
A simple one… Lined it with pearls and beads from my old accessories..
plastered the main base with small pieces of unwanted cloth.. attached a gold ribbon from an old present, stuck some feathers too…
hopefully I will get to use it for some parties.. (:
started at 8pm. it was meant for Aperitifs.
But it was just way too fun that we forgot about dinner. lol…
my first time out on the helipad of New Asia Bar. It’s SO coooool~
Singapore’s party scene isn’t that bad afterall.. haha.
I would definitely love to be there on F1 night!

it was a tiring 4 days.. constantly reminding myself to tuck in my tummy. repeating what Omnia ll is about and comparing it to the 1st generation and Iphone.

As you can see our outfits are very fitting. Initially, it was really loose and long (at least 2 sizes bigger). But somehow, after the alternation, it shrank badly.
To make things worse, the floor of the middle exhibition area was arylic floor which is highly reflective! we all had to keep a look out for one another.
On the last day, we caught a pervert who took upskirts of us. F*king pervertic asshole. Handed him to the police.
That aside, it was still a fun loving 4days show with the girls. Made many new friends. Spoke to some interesting visitors..
And before anyone ask me the question again, the Omnia ll is coming out in end-July. Price unavailable.

I’m really grateful to be assigned to Kenaris Hair Salon for this hair show. Love the people there! Me and Vincent are the luckiest models among all. Because Kenaris really care for us and our hair.
Both Aris and Ken dote on me alot. Always making sure i’m well-fed whenever i’m at the salon. It’s the 5th time i’m back at the salon today! The other staff are also very friendly and jokes around with us.
What’s more, they are offering us free hair services for the next 6 months!! how cool is that!!

Did an event last night at Clifford Pier.
I’m totally amazed by the place – One on the Bund.
the same concept as the Shanghai Bund and they do serve shanghainese food!
It’s for Nokia. Some private launch party for their dealers.
Me, Shu Min, Sara and Iko represented 4 different categories of phones – Essential, Music, Email, Convergence.
Oh well, I was assigned to essentials and they dressed me as a student. lol.

it’s kinda hard to believe. I always had that mature look. somehow, the braces did magic and turned me young. someone thought i was 18!!! LOL.

there was lots of waiting time. we were freezing at backstage. really bored and we started cam-whoring with the nokia phones! haha…
Iko uploaded them immediately onto Facebook with the 3G network. yeah, they are having the FB application in the new nokia phones!!
we behaved like starving models. they fed us dinner at 5+pm and we digged in together with the dealers again at 9pm. And after the show, me and shu min stayed back for drinks and continued to whack the prawns! so yummy. the both of us are suckers for prawns… haha..

it’s been a long long time since i had Kuriya. my last visit was almost 4 months ago.
went for a light dinner yesterday. the place is totally burstling. they renovated the part of the restaurant to serve their specialty soba noodles. Saw the menu, it’s really affordable! You must check it out!

we had a warm soup soba and wrapped up with my favourite green tea mochi.
Kuriya sure cheers me up. Feeling more motivated to go forward in life!

the russian DJ brought the russia party scene into indochine.
it was lots of fun with them! lovin’ the peeps!
can’t wait for the opportunity to experience the real russian-style parties in Moscow!

I have gotten myself 2 candy pop colors from Ettusais!
Combining the colors from the feminine palette, I have created 2 looks!
Icy Cool Blue…
1. Use the pearl white as base, spread over the entire lid.
2. Followed by BL1, apply on your eyelids.
3. Pick up some pearl white, using the same applicator (same side as the BL1 to create a light dreamy blue), soften the edges and the inner corner of your eyes.
4. Pick up some black and BL1 and line your lids. It will give a dark blue color that blends in with the look.
A nice vibrant and yet subtle blue..
Sunkiss Glow…
1. Use the pearl white as base, spread over the lid entirely.
2. Followed by PK1, apply on the outer eyelid and blend the colour.
3. Pick up some pearl white, using the same applicator (same side as the PK1 to create a soft peach color), apply to the inner eyelid.
4. Pick up some black and dark pinkish-purple and line your lids. Add on some PK1 to soften the line.
A glowing subtle orangey pink. (:
*The most important key to note is to remember that a little bit goes a long way!
And when making a bold eye shadow choice, keep the rest of the face soft and neutral.

i love the pan-seared foie gras. the fresh one taste great too!! i had 3 servings of them.. haha…
the selection of italian cheeses were excellent. even better with the truffle honey and prune jelly.
parma ham was fresh, lamb chops were juicy and tender.
gelato ice-cream was superb.
best of all, the chocolate martini was so rich with chocolate. super yummy!
