I can’t stand the heat today… it’s SO humid!

shall escape to a cooler country in a few hours.

last week, I received a confirmation from a show. I was super happy and excited about it. I was iterally jumping for joy when the news arrived at me!!! Kelvin was so happy for me too.

I went down for briefing, fitting and blocked my dates for the show. And the 1st filming started too…

Everything went so well… Just over the weekend, I was telling Kelvin that everything seem so well.. Knowing there’s ups and downs in life, I was really worried about it. The past 2 months had been a great smooth journey for me. And there’s bound to be a down coming up soon.

I seriously shouldn’t have said that. Last night, I received a call to inform me that I was taken out of the show, together with 4 other girls. Due to some reason.

My heart dropped when she told me that. It’s like, .. giving us so much hopes and expectations, and then push us off the cliff…

Worse still, it wasn’t  even the organizers who informed us. And they refused to speak to any of us.

The reason is simply ridiculous and the whole matter would not turn out this way if proper communication was done between the organizer and the 3rd-parties. There was no formal/officially apology and proper explaination given.

We, girls, were the innocent parties.

I was really upset last night but I felt much better today. I’m thinking of just letting the matter rest as it’s quite impossible for us to fight back for anything.

I’m not sure if that’s really how  I feel. or is it that i’m just too busy over other stuffs that the issue had yet to settle in me. This is the 2nd time that they played me out.

Maybe I might feel upset again when I see the magazine, the show, in september and whenever i receive my phone bill.

I hate u, tel comm.

it has been a busy week. finally, i had the chance to catch up on my sleep.
i slept from last evening to this afternoon.

on monday, we brought Andy out on a food trip.

this american boy had only been eating sch food and subway for all these months. poor thing~

following on, we head down to Tanjong Pagar.

bought some roasted pork and char siew. Andy was damn funny when he tried the roasted pork. He couldn’t take the fats and attempted to psycho himself that it was chicken. but it failed and he spitted it out. lol. It was harilous, i swear!

The main objective to go TP was for the desserts! YEAH~

i’m a big fan of the chendol~ wOoohoo!

Andy can’t make sense on why we asians add ‘vegetables’ to our desserts. he can’t stand red beans and corn for desserts. he only took the ice shavings from the ice kacang.. lol..

our 3rd stop was indian prata! near arab street.. hanna’s recommendation!

we ordered quite a bit though..

and we couldnt finish the food.. all of us were bloated!

we walked down to bugis, sat at J&Co for coffee and chatted for a while.

they continued with durian at geylang while i went back to my grandpa’s funeral.

the food trip was great! how i wished we could have the whole day out. so much more local food for andy to try.

better than telling his frens back in america that he had subway for lunch every single day. lol..
