I was so looking forward to this wedding because amanda is a bridal gown designer and joe’s family is in textiles. That’s how they met too. While amanda was looking for fabric, she stepped into the shop and so happened joe served her. =)
At the cocktail reception:
Tons of strawberries with chocolate dipping and cream on a huge ice table.

Wishing cards and wedding photos. (tt’s my mom!)

In the Ballroom:
Impressive huh! These are huge photo frames.

i like this gown. touch of oriental + victorian.

Food:
Marinated baby octopus, grilled unagi, fried crabmeat ball, peking duck, marinated jellyfish

scallop, mushroom, sea cucumber, spinach

salted roasted chicken with crackers

pan-fried cod fish with poached egg white (this is really yummy!)

fried mee sua with chicken bits

White chocolate mousse with crunchy praline and lime sorbet.

The mould is made of chocolate. I love this combination man!
One thing good about sitting with grandma’s’ is that they can’t eat much. Food is always passed on to me and my brother.
