————————————————-

i was so stressed over this report that i had no appetite..
only had a swiss roll and corn soup yesterdae…
not much difference today.. i think i better eat more during dinner later.

————————————————-

daryl thinks that my new fren is being overly nice to me..
the expensive jap dinner and helpful pointers for my projects..
hmmmm….

he’s just a very interesting person who i love chatting with..
his 7 years experience in france…
the amazing art works that he did…
he treats me as a younger sis i guess..
so concidentally that his sis and me shares the same birth date! =)

i hate fta!

supply chain report is making me bursting in tears…

i hate free trade agreements…

“Don’t stress.. work out the outline, i’ll help you think through the night.”

shdnt have look upon him in the 1st place. bOo.

house party!

i attended a house party last night~ its my 1st experience and indeed it gave me a different outlook..

it was in an apartment at serangoon road, the top floor. a pretty good view outside.. i love the decor of the place although the guys claim they spent the whole afternoon doing up the place. lol. love the dim lights.. red lamps. a small comfy area filled w cushions. all the guests were entitled to pick up some crayons and drew freely on the wall. im so surprised that many of them can draw very well~ the ppl are like from arts course, archetitects, designers. lol.

pardon me for the inconsistency in my language. my brain isnt functioning well..

well, the artistic ppl wrote some stuffs on the wall, countering each other’s work piece..

“Lost myself indeed i have, and so i have several lifetimes instead. But sometimes all it takes is not to seize the carpe but gaze fondly at the carp in the still water.”

the guy who composed the above..

alcohol is always the cause of trouble. true to say things happened last night which made me felt pretty uneasy. a love triangle? the female cant recall whatever happened and i cant bear to reveal the truth. she herself is afraid to know it. the male is jealous and maybe heart-broken. whereas the other one? probably just take advantage of the situation. haix.

oh well, i told her: “what happens in parties, remains in parties.”

scholarships

truthfully, im pretty baffled and frustrated over the CAAS Scholarship. They DO NOT accept diploma holders’ application. *dumb*

anyway, found a few other attractive offers by some lovely companies.. =)

Where tenable: NUS, NTU, SMU, top universities overseas.

Requirements: Applicants must have strong academic records in Secondary School and Junior College or Polytechnic, and strong leadership qualities as demonstrated in CCA and National Service (if applicable).

Bond:Upon completion of studies, scholars are required to serve a bond of 4 years.

Value of Awards:Local: Tuition and hostel fees, a one-off computer allowance, maintenance allowance, plus an annual trip to any point on SIA’s global network.

Overseas: Tuition and other compulsory fees, monthly maintenance allowance, one-off clothing and computer allowances, annual book allowance, air passage at beginning and end of course, plus an annual trip on SIA’s services. this sounds extremely exciting!!! what a good package~ definitely not gonna give it a miss. but again.. oh well, what are the chances of receiving a scholarship. haix. my life is such a joke.

no one’s fault. no point regretting at this stage.

hectic life

its 6.56a right now. i did not wake up this early. reason being im awake is because i didnt sleep at all the whole night!

was doing martell @ Babyface.. its their 1-year anniversary. and it had to be such a coincidence that the theme was shanghai night. -_-”

seriously, im feeling super lethargic now. 9pm – 5am of mingling. drinking close to 20 cups of martell on the rocks, with water, with coke, with green tea.. and wearing my killer heels.

nevertheless, i had the great company of the other 7 gals. love them all! =)

countdown

its interesting to be reading other people’s entry about their countdown experience. All the different programs and celebrations they had. i guess everyone is enjoying the new year.

ahh.. its 2007 already. (im gonna turn 20 this coming sept.. omg, its the “2″. *dreads*)

while everyone were happily jumping for joy or slacking at home on the new year’s eve night, i was working!!! yes yes, your dearest here was working while counting down since the pay was x2! =pPp

did a martell event with pam, veron and esther at Mount Faber. had the company of the girls and champagne during that last 10 secs of 2006. we were initially in the jewel box serving glass of martell and champagne. den we batantly “sneaked” up to the Altivo to watch the fireworks and fake snow.. i felt some sadness when they officially announced the arrival of 2007. lots of flashback in my mind. nevertheless, i looked fwd to 2007. and i enjoyed the night admiring the wonderful sparkling fireworks. they were right above me, i swear. kinda scary cause you never know if it will fall and hit you. me and pam were screaming and laughing all the way. lolx. mount faber had this fake snow thingy which is actually tiny weeny bits of foam lah.. haha. i was so disappointed in it. bOo.

anyway, sth happened on my way home. i dont know if its unlucky of what. my cab fare home hit $74!!! how did i managed to do that?? simply because i ran into a cab driver who doesnt know his way!!! argh.

intially my plan was to join daryl at his fren’s place in yio chu kang. so i shared cabby with veron and dropped her at sembawang. the driver followed the road signs and drove to yio chu kang. we would have reached saraka walk if he continued straight. however, he made a right turn and we ended up in sengkang. -_-” how great ar.. since we couldnt find the way back, i figured i should just go home since its was freaking 3.30am. so i told the driver to head to tampines instead. we went on the expressway and i realised that the exits reads YIO CHU KANG. *omg* next i found out that we are in woodlands! and i see mandai zoo signs. *abish* the driver begins to ask around for directions and we landed in hougang.. so i told him hougang is very near tampines. after driving for god-knows-how-many-kilometres, we were finally on the correct expressway! that one near bendemeer. im so happy to see the TMAPINES NEW TOWN sign~ wOohoo. i finally finally reached home!! time check: 4.30am. *phew* the driver told me to pay any amount i want since he got us lost in singapore. so i handled $25 to him. initially i wanted to give $30 but im kinda broke now. oh well, he claims its his 1st time like this. excuse me, do i look like i always get myself lost in singapore????

i spent my new year holidays painting the house. my parents suggested that. well, for a fact, it is time to repaint the house. we moved in 7 years ago and we never painted it before settling down. the walls are filled with dust and yellowish stains. now my sweet home looks afresh with the super light green walls in the living room. my room comprises of yellow, peach and orange. im gonna add some designs to it too~ haha. my bro’s room is a touch of sky blue while my parents, yellow signifies gold and wealth?

my right arm is aching alot. i painted the living room and my parents’ walls. as well my entire room include the ceiling!

alright, this year’s resolution:
1. Save more $$ (im putting braces in july/aug)
2. Graduate with at least a diploma with merit
3. Get myself a placing in either NUS or NTU
4. Slim down (Tone up my body)
5. Lastly, try not to spend so much.. =)
